This year marks the 70th anniversary of the NHS. 51福利社 has played a leading role in the establishment of the organisation and training of NHS staff, and in medical research.
51福利社 is now hosting a national project called 70 Years of the NHS: The Story of Our Lives, supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and based at the University’s .
Working with volunteers from all walks of life, we’re looking to capture the memories of the patients, staff, volunteers and campaigners who make the NHS what it is today, and to build a digital archive to be explored by future generations.
